Die Karte ist persönlich und wir müssen überprüfen können, ob die richtige Person diese Karte benutzt. Saisonale, Punktekarten und Tageskarten sind für verschiedene Altersgruppen erhältlich.

Im Falle einer Rückerstattung oder Ausgabe neuer RFID-Karten müssen wir in der Lage sein, den richtigen Karteninhaber zu identifizieren. Und wir möchten, dass Sie als Kunde die volle Kontrolle über Ihre persönlichen Daten haben.

Als Online-Kunde können Sie unter MY ACCOUNT auf Ihre persönlichen Daten zugreifen und diese verwalten:

  • Sie können Ihre persönlichen Daten aktualisieren – sowohl Ihr eigenes Konto als auch die Daten von Teammitgliedern.
  • Sie können eine Kopie Ihrer Informationen herunterladen.
  • Sie können Ihr Kundenprofil und Mitglieder Ihres Teams löschen.
  • Sie können Ihre Meinung über Angebote ändern.

Wir als Strandbad Lido Unterägeri werden Ihre persönlichen Daten sicher und verantwortungsvoll verwalten. Wir werden Ihre persönlichen Daten nicht ohne Ihre Zustimmung an Dritte verkaufen oder übertragen.

PRIVACY POLICY – Extended version
Updated and Effective as of June 2018

We have prepared this privacy policy ("Privacy Policy" or "Policy") to explain to you how we collect, use, and share information and Personal Data (as defined under EU`s privacy regulations, the General Data Protection Regulation GDPR) we obtain through your use of the e-commerce platform (Services), that are provided by us. By using the Services, you consent to such collection, use and sharing of your information and Personal Data and agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy in the name of the data controller and its subsidiaries.


Information You Choose To Submit – To be able to do an online purchase

We collect your personal data because of the following reasons:
The pass or a ticket is mostly personal and we have to be able to check if it is the correct person using the pass or ticket. Seasonal, point based passes and daily passes differ for different age groups. In case of refunds or issuing new RFID cards, we must identify the correct pass holder.

To be able to do a purchase, you are required to provide certain Personal Data (for example, your name and e-mail address), and you must also provide a username and password.

Examples of personal data we collect:

  • Name, email address, address, zip, country, gender, birthdate, cell phone and picture (this is product dependent), ID number where mandatory. This information is often required when controlling your personal pass/ticket purchase.
  • Your purchase information, what products you ordered, validity period of the product.
  • Your team and their personal data, if you choose to buy a product for friends or family. You confirm that you have informed them how we collect, use and share their personal data.

We use your Personal Data to fulfil your requests for products and services, to improve our Services, to contact you from time to time (with your consent) and as otherwise described in this Privacy Policy.


This information can be later managed by you under MY ACCOUNT


Information We Automatically Collect

We and our third-party service providers automatically collect certain information from your device or browser when you use our Services. This includes IP address, device ID, browser type, access time, previous page visited, next page visited, accessed pages and interactions.

We use this Usage Data to diagnose server problems, administer Services, gather demographics. The data is generally non-identifying. We mainly use Google Analytics to obtain this information.

  • To enable you to use our Services, create an account, process information and complete transactions.
  • To provide customer service including answering questions and processing surveys.
  • To provide you with information, products, or services purchased.

Social Network and Platform Integration

The Services contain integrations where information is shared between us and social platforms.   • We share Non‑Personal Data, Usage Data, de‑identified Personal Data and aggregated data with third parties controlled by us.

  • We do NOT share or sell your Personal Data to third parties without your consent.
  • You have the choice (opt‑in/opt‑out) before sharing data with third parties such as schools or rentals for marketing purposes.

"Anonymous data" refers to information that cannot identify you. We create anonymous data from Personal Data by removing identifiers such as name, photo, birthdate. This data is used to analyze usage and improve our e-commerce platform.


Your Rights

We want you as a customer to have full control of your personal data. You may manage your data anytime under MY ACCOUNT.

  • Update your data for yourself and your team members.
  • Download a copy of your information.
  • Delete your profile and your team members.
  • Change your preferences regarding offers.

Choice of / Opt‑IN / Opt‑OUT for further Communication

You may manage your communication preferences at any time under MY ACCOUNT or by using links in our emails. Even if you opt out of marketing messages, transactional and administrative emails will still be sent.


Updating, Downloading and Deleting Your Personal Data

You may access, update or delete your data anytime in MY ACCOUNT. Some data may be retained where required by law or to complete pending transactions.

Retention of Personal Data occurs only as long as needed for the purposes described in this Policy unless longer retention is required by law.

Payment data is processed under Directive 2015/2366 (EU) (PSD2).
