The pass or a ticket is mostly personal and we have to be able to check if it is the correct
person using the pass or ticket. Seasonal, point based passes and daily passes differ for different
age groups. In case of refunds or issuing new RFID cards, we must identify the correct pass
holder.
To be able to do a purchase, you are required to provide certain Personal Data (for example, your name and e-mail address), and you must also provide a username and password.

We use your Personal Data to fulfil your requests for products and services, to improve our Services, to contact you from time to time (with your consent) and as otherwise described in this Privacy Policy.
